Our proven training methodology will help you discover your new FAST. Whether you are running your first marathon or your 50th, our focus on running, strength, recovery and nutrition has helped many runners at all levels achieve new personal best results. Each athlete receives individual coaching and interaction so that we can nurture a healthy relationship between coach and athlete. We take pride in taking on clients who align with our values and limit our personal training roster spots to those who are going to represent the TrueZone brand positively. If you are a runner who is hungry for a personal best and ready to charge forward then we want to talk to you!


Our specialty is balancing the line between too easy and too hard, optimizing your training time so that you can get the most out of it and show up on race day. If you leave the ego behind, trust the process and execute the plan we are certain that you'll discover new strength, speed and endurance.


Perhaps most importantly, we do everything we can to ensure our clients have all of the tools and resources that they need to achieve their goals and we will not sacrifice their training experience for our growth. When our roster reaches 20 clients, we initiate a wait list.


Most of our clients are enrolled year round. We manage their fitness beyond the target race training block to ensure that the fitness that they've worked so hard to achieve doesn't go away during their off season. It's not uncommon for our athletes to train for a few races each and and then train for a cross functional off season event (ie- triathlon, hyrox, etc).  Upon enrollment we'll work with you to develop your annual training plan (ATP) so that we can build your training with precision and peak your running fitness at the exact right time so that you hit the start line ready for that personal best performance!
